Customer reasons:

1. Exchange:

The new product must be of equal or higher value than the old product and meet the following requirements:

Products purchased at or in store
Product is in pristine condition, free from dirt, surface and frame scratches, breakage, or damage.

For the customer’s reason, charges an additional shipping fee of 30% of the total order.

2. Return goods:

In case the customer refuses to accept the order, please pay 50% of the total order value. Because when a customer places an order, will make a new product according to the customer’s request and does not use the return product for the new customer.

3. Frame broken due to customer’s fault: will support to replace the new frame for the customer, you pay the frame fee and the marginal shipping fee for that frame.

Reasons from the manufacturer accept exchange for products:

Painting is not like the model
Wrong size
The product is damaged or broken during shipping
The product has an error due to the manufacturer, please notify within 24 hours of receipt of the goods and attach a picture to ensure the best interests.
